Part II - Schedules ＾ 第二部分 减让表
1. The Schedules annexed to this Protocol shall become the Schedule of Concessions and Commitments annexed to the GATT 1994 and the Schedule of Specific Commitments annexed to the GATS relating to China. The staging of concessions and commitments listed in the Schedules shall be implemented as specified in the relevant parts of the relevant Schedules. ＾ 1．本议定书所附减让表应成为与中国有关的、ＧＡＴＴ1994所附减让和承诺表及ＧＡＴＳ所附具体承诺表。减让表中所列减让和承诺的实施期应按有关减让表相关部分列明的时间执行。
2. For the purpose of the reference in paragraph 6(a) of Article II of the GATT 1994 to the date of that Agreement, the applicable date in respect of the Schedules of Concessions and Commitments annexed to this Protocol shall be the date of accession. ＾ 2．就ＧＡＴＴ1994第2条第6款（ａ）项所指的该协定日期而言，本议定书所附减让和承诺表的适用日期应为加入之日。
Part III - Final Provisions ＾ 第三部分 最后条款
1. This Protocol shall be open for acceptance, by signature or otherwise, by China until 1 January 2002. ＾ 1．本议定书应开放供中国在2002年1月1日前以签字或其他方式接受。 mmkey.com
2. This Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the day of its acceptance. ＾ 2．本议定书应在接受之日后第３0天生效。
3. This Protocol shall be deposited with the Director-General of the WTO. The Director-General shall promptly furnish a certified copy of this Protocol and a notification of acceptance by China thereof, pursuant to paragraph 1 of Part III of this Protocol, to each WTO Member and to China. ＾ ３．本议定书应交存ＷＴＯ总干事。总干事应根据本议定书第三部分第1款的规定，迅速向每一ＷＴＯ成员和中国提供一份本议定书经核证无误的副本和中国接受本议定书通知的副本。
4. This Protocol shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations. ＾ 4．本议定书应依照《联合国宪章》第102条的规定予以登记。
